I booked a flight through this company and it was cancelled for bad weather. Now they want to keep my money because i dont have a confirmation nomber. You're telling me they have no record of that?! Do not use these people,it is a total rip off.

Regarding Refund

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused. We request you to help us with your booking details like name(s) of passenger or the email address used for booking and we'll go ahead and investigate the matter.
Further, we'd like to inform you that for cancellation and refund we've to follow Airline policy. If Airline rules state that the ticket is non-refundable then we can't refund the ticket value as after reservation we forward the ticket amount to the airline. Also, in case of cancellations we are at discretion of Airlines to refund the amount back to us which we may provide to our customers.
