I am writing this on behalf of my mother and mother in law. One lives in Michigan the other in Idaho. Both of these women ordered this product and have had nothing but financial issues ever since. My mother in law ordered the product and did not even use it before she sent it back because she was getting all of these erroneous charges on her credit card statement. My mother ordered it on auto ship and was getting charged almost $90.00 a month for two bottles when the terms and conditions stated she would be charged $49.95 on auto ship. Not to mention all of the erroneous charges from companies such as "shopping" and "leisure". None of which were listed in the terms and conditions. When I called Glucosulin to cancel my mothers auto ship the person on the line kept telling me they were going to send all these other products in the mail that if she did not want she could cancel within 30 days with her permission. I expressed several times that they did not have her permission to send her anything. I had to call back and speak to a supervisor and have her listen to the call between me and "Brandon". Very poor customer service and underhanded salesmanship.
