Gobignetwork is a complete and utter scam. These guys running this site are a complete scam. I had signed up to see if they can help grow my business and lo and behold they got nothing done. The three to four months I was with them, all they did was take money from me and offer no help and no refund. A very strategic refund policy allows them to stay in business and rip off unsuspecting companies and individuals. Stay away from go big if you really want to grow your company, they are a complete rip off and a collosal waste of time.

Also SCAMMED by GoBig Network (GoBigNetwork)

AUTHOR: entrepreneur in PA - (United States of America)

GoBig Network is nothing but a complete fraud. I made the mistake of signing up with them a couple years ago, paying a few hundred dollars, and discovered that all of the alleged "investor" contacts on their site are either entirely fabricated or were SEVERAL YEARS outdated. No joke. I cross-referenced many of the names online, and many of the companies represented in the GoBig Network system had literally gone out of business more than five years earlier. The last known existance of some entities went back as far as 2002 and 2003.

I called and argued with the con artist on the phone. He gave me a bunch of hype and excuses about the website needing a re-design. He claimed it was in the process. He claimed he would issue a refund. NOPE.

I forgot about why I had been disgusted with them around a year ago when, believe it or not- I made the same stupid decision to subscribe again. I wasted countless hours researching and sending correspondence to the fake investors. Do you want to know how many investors responded in the two total years of my subscriptions? ZERO. I repeat... ZERO.

To make a long story short- NEVER give GoBig Network a single dollar or you will walk away with nothing- and waste every moment you spend on their site.

Time for a class-action lawsuit. Those interested please respond to this post or to the other complaints on RipOff Report regarding GoBig Network.

Never pay a fee for business funding.

AUTHOR: Scottdeaver - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Friday, June 26, 2009

Go Big has no investors able or willing to finance their average entrepreneur. Note their own claimed ratios: Hundreds of thousands of members, *thousands* of investors. Even if true (it's not), it would mean that every investor would have to fund a hundred entrepreneurs! Just to have a 50/50 shot, regardless how good your idea for a business might be, every single investor would have to fund 50 projects.

In truth, the average angel investor actully funds three to four projects in his/her *lifetime* (though they may look at as many as two dozen projects they reject). Venture capitalists will fund more (larger ones, perhaps as many as 20 to thirty projects at a time) but there are currenly no more than fifty sizeable VC companies able to fund new external projects in today's economy in the entire United States.

The numbers just don't work, and Go Big knows it. Go Big simply doesn't care - they make their money hustling you to buy ads and services and $200.00 up-front fees to attract investors who are ghosts - they don't exist. Think about it - if you were an independently wealthy multi-millionaire known to invest in startups, your problem would be you have too many people coming at you already asking for funds, through referrals from companies you've funded in the past, through bad relatives, and through your associates and friends. You would not be wasting any time whatsoever at some cheesy "vanity business" site like Go Big!

Go Big is the "business" equivalent of sites where you pay to have your poetry published in a book that's distributed only to yourself, or those "Market your invention" sites that charge you outrageous fees for services but never seem to get any products to market. They have no means or intent to do anything for you -their entire focus is on getting to your wallet as many times as they can before you do the math.

After all, if they really could get you a million dollars fro your business, wouldn't it be more profitable for them simply to take a cut of the money as it passed from the investor to the entrepreneur?

Go BIG Network is used by startups to find funding, recruit talent, and get expert advice.

AUTHOR: Trey Rice - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Thursday, April 10, 2008

Go BIG Network is a marketplace where members can connect with investors and those investors are all around the world. You can purchase a Request for funding from Go BIG, that serves as an advertising, or a classified that describes your funding need.

A Request is more like a public message, or a classified. The Request will post to the site for all members to have the opportunity to view and respond to your ad. We offer multiple services that will allow you to reach out to other members on Go BIG. A subscription allows you to directly contact any member on the site by sending a private message directly to a member's profile or Request on Go BIG. A subscription allows you to contact any member on the site, regardless of whether they have posted a "Request" (ad) to promote their opportunity.

We have a network of over 100,000 members on our site currently using our services to find funding, fill job openings, and get projects done.

Thousands of Investors visit the network to seek out funding opportunities, read the requests and contact you based on their interest.
