I called in 14 hours after the purchase to get a refund and was DENIED! I was told that there was nothing that could be done. I talked to the "presidents" of GoDaddy and they informed me that there was no way that they could refund me the money for the domain name. I disputed the charge on my American Express and made a Better Business Bureau complaint against this company. I want as many people to know about what they have dont to me.
