Well finally called the company after 3 1/2 months of no magazines. With a copy of my cancelled check in hand I spoke with someone who was extremely rude on the phone and said I had to wait until 4/11/07. I said "no I need a refund" she said I had to wait. I said, "what can I expect on 4/11, and she did not reply. I said this is a rip-off, "I know it" She replied "would I have have your information if this was a rip-off" YES...I don't expect to receive anything by 4/11/07.
