I ordered a scooter from GoKartsUSA.com on June 11th for $1189. They immediately charged my account and told me it would ship Friday. It didn't, and I tried to call them on Tuesday of the following week and they told me it would go out in a couple of days. On Friday I called, and they didn't answer their phone, they didn't respond to emails. On Sunday (almost 2 weeks after ordering it, and being out the $1189), they sent me an email stating it would ship out that week. On Monday, they canceled my order without me requesting it. I called them to ask them why, and they told me I had been a difficult customer, and then hung up on me. It took them 4 days to issue my refund. The refund was $10 short, and would not respond to any of my emails telling them to refund the rest of my money. A couple of days later, I notice all their prices are higher on their site, my best guess is they needed money for new inventory so they lowered their prices to get more money to order new scooters, then canceled their orders and raised their prices. Basically using the consumer as their own personal interest free bank.
They have 1 customer service representative, and one phone line. They are by far the most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with. I have filed a complaint with the BBB and they are currently trying to find a resolution.
Please do not deal with this company, you will get screwed. Just do a quick google search and see all the people who get damaged products, no products, no titles from this company.
