Hoop 1, provide details of the transaction, simple. Hoop 2, provide a receipt. Fairly simple, replied with email attachments with the receipts. However, this would be more difficult to do on a tablet. Hoop 3, "we are unable to open attachments to an email that are emails, please scan and send the receipts to us." Fairly unheard of that from an email you cannot open an attachment that is an email, but it is clear why they do this, this can no longer be done on the phone or tablet. You need to print the email, scan it, convert it to a picture file (apparently PDF is not a good format) and attach it to an email. Did all of that and have not been paid to date.
Even if they do award the incentive at this point, it is clear to me that the offer is a scam, designed to never be completed by the average consumer for an inexpensive purchase designed to be made on a phone or tablet. GoDaddy.com is responsible for their vendors making offers on their behalf and is ultimately responsible for this offer. Recommendation, do not buy anything through Burstly Rewards, as it may ultimately be associated with Sponsor Pay. Do not trust GoDaddy offers or promotions, especially if made by thier partners.
