at its best!

I maintained an active domain hosting account with Godaddy.com for several years.  My business closed in March of this year.  I called Cust. Serv to request my account be closed out.  I had already turned off autorenew months before and the checking acct associated with auto renew was set to off.  They AGAIN have charged me and sent to collection since the checking acct associated with the business is also closed!!

I'm so thoroughly disgusted with this sort of business practice.  They said they didn't have record that I called back in the spring.  I verified on my account that the auto renew on this checking acct. was set to off!  I received a collection notice at my residence from a collection agency along with a returned check fee since the checking acct was closed!
