I have had horrible service and unexpected fees at every turn from Go Renter. They stated they would take the necessary precautions to get a quality renter in my home which they failed to do the renter got the first months rent free and when the second month arose they could not pay... so how did you do a credit background and rental history check and find these people suitable to occupy my home.
Go renter has charged the renters upwards of $8200 in fees and I have only received $4700 out of 9 months rent that is supposed to be $895 a month. Now the tenant is two months behind and I am forced to spend $1000 in legal fees to remove them so I am at a $3000 loss right there and they want to charge me $800 on top of that to cancel my management agreement. I don't understand how this is legal they are no longer providing me a service nor have they invested a penny into my property I pay all the fee's if the tenant does not pay and I'm already at a loss. How are they entitled to $800 for getting me a bad quality renter that I have to evict and me wanting to ditch them and move back into my home? If Go Renter was a quality establishment they will acknowledge their failure to provide me with a quality service and waive these fees.

Verizon charges a 350 cancellation fee if you cancel your two year contract. You know why because when you sign your agreement they give you $900 phone for $200 so there losing if they dont they have to recoup the cost. Direct TV charges a cancellation fee to recoup the cost of free install and free satellite dish and receiver to recoup the cost. You go renter
have already more than recouped your expense. Not to mention You failed me as a management company. Why? Go Renter never placed a single sign in front of the house or an ad in a paper all it did was post the property online with the photos I took... Next when the Tenant thats there now asked to see the property no one even had the decency to be there to show my property you gave an unknown random person the lock box number and allowed her in my home with no supervision.. what is my management fee for again. Continuing on that after the renter was there approximately 4 months I asked for someone to check on the condition of the house to make sure it wasnt being damaged. Oh btw thats another $100 for an early inspection imagine that. Lets continue on the inspection the inspector or w/e he's called found that the bathroom exterior pain glass window was broken. I get this info in an email so I call and complain and inform Ronnelle that my window was not broken. She gets back to me and says the tenants say it was and the inspector said the tenants said they noted it on the pre inspection list. So as Joe should know as well as I do that window was not broken prior to me leaving my property in Go Renters hands. So I would assume the tenant broke the window as I know it happened after I left.
Well unfortunately the tenant has it listed on there pre inspection checklist and no one can dispute the fact because no one was there the day they were allowed into the property to do the inspection with them. So they had the first seven days to tear up whatever they want and no one could oppose that it wasnt like that because no one did there job to show the home and do the inspection with them.. But let me guess its not in the management agreement that go renter is required to right. This is common sense stuff that should have never happened.
Go renter doesnt have 47 complaints on the BBB for no reason and Im pretty sure there's a reason your not accredited with them.
