I am a dealer for Go Smart. I was transfering a number from another company to Gosmart. The rep told me to go ahead and make the payment on the account. The number never got transfered over but the money was still added to the account that never existed. Its been a week and no one in their company is helping at all. All their "ghetto" employees are super rude and keep getting caught lying about different things. One SUPERVISOR promised me he cannot give me his last name or his rep ID, he swore it was company policy he cannot give me that info but the next supervisor i talked to gave it to me right away. Everyone else seems to be fully trained in giving people the run around but not actually doing anything to fix any known issue. I was just speaking to a supervisor (Name ERICK REP ID-18658675) and he started yelling at me and hung up on me! Im not a customer i am a freaking dealer for them and this is how I'm getting treated, so i can only imagine how they treat their regular customers. HORRIBLE COMPANY. problems left and right, no dealer support and their customer service department is only trained on giving people run arounds. Last supervisor promised someone would call me back within 24 hours, never got the call. As far as the service goes, its just as bad. No signal anywhere every other call gets dropped, text messages take forever to go through. HORRIBLE COMPANY all around. I wouldnt recommend this to my worst enemies lol. Theres also a rep named "DUTCH" who was super rude, ghetto and was a customer bullshitting specialist. If you are a customer, id reccommend paying $5 more and going with simple mobile. Their service actually works and they have customer and dealer support. As far as being a dealer, im giving you a heads up now that you WILL be dealing with lots of angry customers and will have your money stolen from you. That supervisor i just spoked to (ERICK REP ID- 18658675) Just confirmed with me that they have been taking money from lots of dealers and not giving the money back (stealing from everyone). When I asked him why they are stealing money he had no answer, got frustrated within two minutes, started screaming at me and hung up. Thats just great.

H20 reps and supervisors lying to dealers

 So I am a H20 Dealer, have been for a while now. Every now and then i have problems with their dealer support, but this time theyve pissed me off enough for me to write this report. I was having an issue with my customers phone, so I called dealer support. I spoke with one rep who told me some information that didnt sound right. (Brianna rep ID - 00485), so i told her to check with a supervisor to see if shes correct, I can tell she didnt wanna deal with me (A dealer) so she put me on hold for 35 minutes without saying anything and hung up after wasting 35 of my minutes. So I call back and spoke with another rep (Christopher Calderon), he promised me he doesnt have a rep ID nor does anyone else, but when i spoke with brianna half an hour earlier she gave me her rep ID right away. I can tell he didnt want me to call back and track him down for his lack of knowledge in his line of work and his incompitence. Well anyways i spoke with him about an issue and asked him to have a supervisor Call me back. He promised they'll call back within two hours, i told him he was lying they wont call back but he promised ten times that they will call back. They never did just like i told him they wouldnt.

 Now I called back a third time, and spoke with a supervisor this time (Marleny REP ID- 1124). She was unable to help me with my customers issue too, but I told her about the last two reps that i spoke with and how Brianna hung up on me and christpher calderon promised theyll call back and they never did. I told her i want to make sure that action is taken against them two because i am a dealer, and i want to know that they did something about their incompitent reps. Marleny PROMISED me give her one week and she'll call me back. i gave her my phone number, triple checked that she had it right, and asked her numerous times that for sure she is gonna call me back, she said yes. Guess what? three weeks later i get NO CALL BACK.

So today, well right now, I am calling her back to follow up on the problem with the other reps and see why she never called back. I am currently speaking with a rep (Beverly Rep id- 5340). First off, she claims that unless I explain the entire story to her, she cannot transfer me to a supervisor whos name and extension i gave her (supervisor marleny said just call back and ask for her extention). Now i catch beverly lying to me so much shes mixing up her own story. I asked for Marleny, she put me on hold for ten minutes and came back stating she cant transfer me without the full story in detail. Then she says marleny isnt available. So i asked her to transfer me to ANY other supervisor. Ten minutes on hold, she says no supervisors are available, but she needs the story to help me. So i asked if i give her the full story in detail she will find me a supervisor? She said YES! so i question her about why she just told me theres none available (on a monday morning) but she can find one if i give her the story she said oh no i was just talking about marleny. Lies after lies after lies. So for the millionth time i asked her to transfer me to any other supervisor. WHile she has me on hold, i called again with another phone. That lady (didnt get her name) had me on hold for ten minutes came back and said every supervisor in the company is in a meeting (funny they use that same story almost every other time i call). When she realized i caught on to that company meeting lie RIGHT AWAY she started saying sir i cannot hear you sir are you still there hello sir. Im calling from a landline and havent moved an inch -_- my speculation? save yourself the problems and DONT GO WITH H20. Try a more reputable company like tmobile or AT&T directly.
