I was contacted by GoTec by phone. They made there business sound very legit. I fell for the lies.
The told me that I was gauranteed a credit card if I use thier program . They charge 219.90.
I agreed to a check by phone post dated about three weeks. I was turned over to an automated system that asked me alot of qustions and at the end of the recording I was told there were no gaurantees so I answered no to the question. Immediately a guy came on and asked me what the problem was, I told him and he assured me that I would get a credit card within 2 weeks of the check date.
After I did this I checked Ripoff.com and fond nothing good about them so I called and told them to cancel the deal. I called within 48 hours and legally they are obligated to cancel.
I was told that they could not cancel and the only way to end the deal was to put a stop payment on the check, which I did.
Well, 4 days after the check date they were able to transfer the money out of my account. Thank God we put the stop payment on it because my bank covered all losses including bounced check fees.
Since then I have reported this to the WV Attorney General and I have not heard from them as of this writing.

they called my house asking for my mother. my mother wasn't home at the time but then they offered me the fake service. At the time I did't
know. So I paid the 219.00 dollar fee. Ever since then I never recieved a credit card.

This company leads you to believe that you are
approved of a $5,000 credit card limit,and help to
clear your credit history.What a CROCK! After I
had to track down the UPS deliverer for my packet,
I had to go online to access or call to deny their
services within 3days of receiving.It took me that
long to get ahold of a rep.to even help me to
understand what information was falsely given to
me in the first place.I called numerous times to
and even asked for a superior to have my $219.00
refunded,I'm S.O.L!
Not only do you pay to this processing fee,but you then have to pay another processing fee to what credit card you choose,which is what I could have done in the first place just by choosing any of the credit cards offered on the net and saved
myself all the hassle of being MISLEAD.
Now,not only am I out my money,I can't afford to
let go of another $150-$200 dollars in order to
apply for another credit card that will approve me
without all of these lies.Don't allow yourself to
be the next one to be scammed.

Give me a break these would be the same laws, that govern companies like Epenzio, Treehouse Marketing, storesonline & Usight. This puts Gotec in with some fine upstanding Utah businesses NOT. Don't flatter yourself 96% satisfaction rate in your dreams. For a company that's been offering credit cards for just over a year the word has gotten out fast about Gotec. Before this companies has your account info they guarantee you a credit card. after they have raked you over the coals the stories changes to we only agree to provide you with information on how and were to obtain a credit card. The same crappy little flyers that show up in your mailbox on Wednesday & in your local News paper on Sundays. If Gotec bothers to even send them to you. There is also a Cd to use online with links to other scamming credit card offers. Gotec offers you nothing for $219. That you are not able to do for yourself. As far as the scam artist at the BBB giving a Satisfactory rating. They are still waiting for Gotec to send them information on there package.
Any legitimate credit card offer will normally charge you a small processing fee and then a percentage. If you have bad credit, take the $219. To your bank and use it to get a secured credit card. Rebuild your credit in this manner. And to hell with these fly by night credit card scammers. One small note Gotec's principal is a Real Estate company not a financial company.

Any legitimate credit card offer will normally charge you a small processing fee and then a percentage. If you have bad credit, take the $219. To your bank and use it to get a secured credit card. Rebuild your credit in this manner. And to hell with these fly by night credit card scammers. One small note Gotec's principal is a Real Estate company not a financial company.

Gotec financial, Inc, is a legitimate company that is governed by the laws of the State of Utah, and operates within thoses laws. We here at Gotec Financial strive to maintain positve relationships with all of its customers. We have a 96% custome satisfaction rate, and a satisfactory rating with the BBB of Utah.
Unfortunately, there is that margin of 4% of our customers who are unhappy with our program. We do offer a refund policy along with every package sold. There are certain criteria that have to be met in order to receive a refund.
1. Call and request a refund
2. Return the product to Gotec
There are customers on this site who have not met these criteria, therefore are not eligible for a refund. Therefore they are upset. I invite anyone who feels they have been treated unfairly to call 1-800-723-7652 and talk directly with me.

P.S.For your information, by Law, Buyers Remorse only applies to transactions $500.00 and over, and an Oral contract is binding.
