I am a Service Advisor for a Ford Dealer. I deal with Many warranty companies but this one is by far the worst company I have ever dealt with. The first time I tried to use this warranty for an alternator failure.They told me there was a digit wrong in the vin and they wouldnt cover the repair. The mistake was a typo on their end and the vin they had wasnt even valid but they still wouldnt cover it. The customer straightened it out but paid for the alternator. About a year later the car got towed in with a bad front differential, I called the company and was told the customer has to call them. They told cust she needs to send proof that she hasnt missed any payments and is all up to date. The customer spent days digging up statements showing the payments were all made and on time. After a week of leaving messages they finally call back and Now they would finally talk to me. They approve a used diff, I install it and road test the vehicle and it had a bad viscus coupler in the transfer case, no doubt caused by the bad diff. I called and was given an attitude because they insist I should have known even though it was towed in and couldnt be driven until the diff was fixed. They send an inspector over, I drove with him he felt the issue, took pics and said all should be ok ill send my report in.after a week and a half i call and am told "they just got report and it says I need to tear the transfer case down for further inspection" I did that and the inspector comes back asking why hes back insisting he never said he needed it torn down. He inspects TC and calls in his report, another week and a half cant get a call back so I call a supervisor to complain. Im told by supervisor that I have to talk to the guy whos not calling me back. car has now been down 42 days and I still dont have an approval. No one calls back No one wants to Help. I will never accept a customer that has this warranty company again. THEY ARE THE WORLDS WORST!!!!
