When we called, they said they do not cancel the account until the equipment has been returned. This would have been fine if they would have just said so in the first place. We unknowingly paid for 5 months extra. They wont budge on a refund. Do not lease from them!
Also, they are the rudest company we have ever called. Not just one of them either, everyone we spoke to was a complete a$$.
