Golden Rewards Services - I received a letter and a check for $4,530.67 from Jones, Allen, & Fuquay, L.L.P., drawn from Compass Bank located in Dallas, TX. The letter stated I won $295,000 and the check was to be deposited to my bank. Once it cleared I was to send a non residential tax money gram to Carol Foster. There was also a phone # and 2 names to contact to claim my prize; Frank Ellis or Donna Paulson. Hamilton Ontario Ontario

I received a letter from Golden Rewards Services LTD out of Ontario, Canada. Their address is 6601 Hurontario Street, Mississauga, Ontario Canada, L5T 0A4. They said it was a final notice for Claim Number CJ 3746159, dated June 24, 2009. I am the lucky winner of $295,000 and they sent a check in the amount of $4,530.67 to be deposited. Once cleared I am directed to send a check to cover non residential taxes in the amount of $3,840 to tax agent Carol Foster: 50 Bay Street, Hamiliton Ontario, Canda L8P 4V9. Then to activate my claim to contact claim agents Frank Ellis or Donna Paulson at 1-604-537-7621 Moday to Friday from 10am-7pm and Saturdays 11am-5p Eastern time. The letter was signed Nadine Williams, Senior Accountant. After reading the ripoff reports you have online, I believe this is a fraud. I did not enter a sweepstakes, the check is out of Texas, the contact phone number is supposedly east coast, and the tax check to be sent to Canada.
