These guys are quite dishonest and shameless. I have filed 2 BB complaints against them and filed claims with my bank. They never responded to the BB complaints which says alot. Unauthorized part was placed in my vehicle (Saab). Tried to charge me almost 1100 dollars for the install. Never contacted me to go over pricing. Lied about my warranty company covering the repair of a transmission leak. Lied about a free tow to a tranny shop in Tempe. I ended having to pay for the tow and the shop couldn't even do the work. Picked up car from Tranny shop and check engine light was still on. This was after about 2 weeks of not having my car. Finally got it fixed at another shop with no issues. Took my wife's car to NAPA for a brake job and asked them to take a look at the engine motor mounts. I was told two mounts were changed by good guys when they did the original work in June of 2011. Found out all mounts were completely worn and they were actually the original factory mounts. Two shops confirmed there was no way these mounts were changed in June. This was 400 dollars out of a much bigger repair ($1500) not counting labor. I wonder if they actually completed any of the work they stated they completed? Very disappointed!
