Goodmortgage.com Keith Luedeman Crooked Business Owner, Crooked Business - Greedy and Dangerous Charlotte, North Carolina

I live in Florida and ordered a GEN4 air conditioning cage from Dean West (aka Boyd West and Bobby Anderson) on July 1 that was to be installed by his contractor by July 6.  I have an invoice that was e-mailed to me to prove this fact.  I paid by virtual check as Dean West advised me he did not take credit cards and now I know why.  This should have been my first clue that this business was not legitimate.  The cage did not arrive on time and I tried to call to cancel my order and get a refund, but Dean West would not take my calls and now has my number blocked so I cannot call him from my phone number.  I sent him e-mails to cancel my order and he THREATENED to take unauthorized money from my account (which is a federal felony by the way) or file a mechanic's lien if I refused delivery of the cage.  I have the e-mail from him to back up my statement of his threats. 

The cage arrived yesterday (July 19), but it is not at all what he represented on his web page.  I got a flat package wrapped in plastic with bits of cardboard with exposed metal that had no hardware whatsover - no rust resistant coating, no paint, no hinges, no bolts, no padlock with stainless steal locking mechanism, no special key....nothing but 5 flat panels that were too small to go around the air conditioner.  I gave him the model number of the air conditioner and Dean West told me the size I needed.  He shipped the unit to the wrong address and did not have his contractor Michael install it as agreed.  I got garbage and want a full refund. 

I am sending pictures to Mr. Keith Luedeman to post on his web site so you can see the garbage I was sent, and will try to post some here as well.  Dean West's MO is the same, he gets your order and money, makes promises and then weeks later (if it all), he sends you sheets of metal and not what he shows on his web site.

I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and the North Carolina Department of Justice Consumer Fraud Division and URGE you to do the same.  Do NOT do business with Dean West or any of the numerous company name he uses - West Security Products Co, Copper-Guard Security Products, WB Manufacturing Company, LLP, WB Service Company and WB Security Products. 

Please note that he has multiple web sites as well and used to be located at 292 Norman Boulevard, Gaffney, SC 29341-2936, where I understand he was evicted.  He has moved to North Carolina and is ripping off consumers there.  He also uses the following person as his registered agent, Joann Sanders Hughey (I think this is his mother?) and he uses Melanie Stewart as a business associate (I think she is his wife).  Buyer Beware of Dean West.

I ordered some Copper-Guard cages from WB Service Company to protect my AC Units.  I had the same experience as Mr. Leudeman - the units were late, showed up defective, unpainted, and then he would never return my calls.   We are in Arizona and it's hot here - I can't believe how rude they were to me.

They would not take a credit card for the invoice - I think I know why now.  The credit card company will do a charge back of the charges (full or partial) if the service is not provided.  It sounds like that is what Good Mortage did.  Good for them, bad for me as I paid by check.

I used to be a contractor - Mr. West will threaten a mechanic's lien as he threatened above.  He is not a licensed contractor or he would know you have a limited amount of time to file the lien. 

I think you can see from Dean's threats above that this will happen to you too if you do business with WB Manufacturing.    I don't know Mr. Leudeman, but it appears he had the same experience as I did and I hope no one else does. 

Your version of the FACTS!  You know we didn't damage your roof - you had crooks cutting your air conditioners apart on your roof but you want to blame us! You know we didn't leave a mess, you took those photos in the middle of the installation!  I personally walked around every unit after we were done and took photos and emailed them to myself.  They are dated, how about yours???  And you also know we took those cages up to the roof unpainted because you pressured us to get them done sooner! How about the alarm systems we hooked up to your units at no charge and the decals we delivered.  The weekends we worked to secure your equipment at no additional charge!  Would you like to see the barrage of emails from you or the ugly voice mails and conversations with our receptionist?  That might show a really different picture of you!  And here's another jewel for you, remember the news crew that came out.  What you don't know is that I have the video footage from the newstation where you told them we did a great job?  How about you explain those FACTS!  How would you like to see that posted on the web for the whole world to hear?  How about those voicemails and phone conversations.  I kept them all after you reversed the charges.  How do you think a judge is going to view that?  What would that do to your credibility in EVERY ASPECT OF YOUR WORLD?  You know that I'm not the only person out there with a website devoted to letting people know that you are a rotten crook, or as they put it, "HITLER".  I'm just getting started.  I'm going to do my best to let the whole world know who you are and what you are.  When I'm done, I'm sure more than a few potential customers of GoodMortgage and Barron's will be running as far away from you as they can.  And a little truth goes a long way for potential clients.  There's a mechanic's lien coming your way, and a new website but I haven't decided what I will call it yet, perhaps "GOOD MORTGAGE LIES" and "KIETH LUEDEMAN LIES"  where I'll put the nice little video of you telling Charlotte what a great job we did then tell them how you had me give you part of the money back for the job because you didn't have enough funds to cover your advertising.  And you aren't the only one who can pay for advertising.  But I'm also going to pay for advertising to Ripoff Report and the other individual who you screwed. Not to mention the new websites. I'm also going to start looking for every single customer who lost their home after a Goodmortgage loan.  GET READY FOR THE RAIN!!!!

Sorry Dean West and WB Service Company - the facts are the facts and many folks have been in contact with me after you have screwed them with shoddy work with your cages.   Since so many folks find you on the web - it's important to get the facts out.  Thanks for posting this.
