Goodwill Industries Shipping Service is EXTREMELY Expensive , Internet

I would like to write this complaint about Goodwill Industries because I believe they grossly misrepresent themselves as a "charitable" organization.  It is well known that most people who shop Goodwill do so, because money is tight.  I recently tried to shop Goodwill online and was shocked at how much they charge for shipping.  For instance, I won a pair of pants for $6.99 and was very happy until I saw that the shipping was $12.45!  A purse I won $6.99 the shipping was $13.05 and a top I won $7.99 the shipping was $13.00.  I wrote and asked if they would send them USPS so I could save money.  They refused so I wrote a letter to the main office.  Now they automatically send an email that states why they only use FedEx, one reason being that USPS cannot handle the volume of parcels they send out, I wonder what USPS would say about that?  I wrote them a letter telling them exactly what I thought, and that is, that they are ripping off consumers. They must get a discount using FedEx however, instead of passing this on to the customer, they keep it for themselves.  I did not purchase any of the items because when adding the cost of shipping it is easier and cheaper to go to the local mall and purchase there.  

Recently I read that the CEO of Goodwill is one of the highest paid in the USA, I have also read reports from ex Goodwill workers who say "don't believe those feel-good ads they put on TV it is all a big con."  Amazing that you can now buy items in stores that are actually CHEAPER than purchasing from Goodwill.  I have always donated to Goodwill, now I have found a new charity VOA.  I will never set foot in a Goodwill store again, they have become money grubbing and it is disgusting.  On a final note, the thing that really gets to me is that THEY GET IT ALL FOR FREE!  No taxes because they are a "charitable" organization, boy someone is making big bucks.  DO NOT DONATE TO GOODWILL choose someone more worthy like VETERANS OF AMERICA.
