Goodwill Employees steal, lazy, not very helpful Grinnell, Iowa

This Goodwill store is like so many others, you donate items, they go through and take what they want, and put over priced junk on the shelves. I know this, because it is the only Goodwill store in town, and I have known several people that have worked there---and none have a very good reputation.
On top of this, they are always sitting in the back smoking (which won't be very much longer, the public smoking ban for Iowa goes into effect in July, but they'll be outside somewhere even further away not helping). As in another report I read, the manager is right there doing the same thing as the employees, leading by example. I'll sell it on ebay or burn it before I donate to this place.
