I completed a shop in June of 2012 at a sports bar with food and was asked to purchase a couple of drinks, sit at the bar, play a game or two of pool and order some food. I submitted receipts and answered all of there questions pertaining to the shop. Never heard from anyone until September 5th when I received an e-mail inquiring where to send my payment or if I preferred Paypal, I replied with my address and asked for the payment to be sent to me. I sent them my address in a reply on the same day I received their e-mail. On September 26th, I sent another e-mail to the same address I had replied to, since I never heard anything back after sending my address and 3 weeks had passed with no payment. No reply again, so after 3 more weeks, on October 16th I sent another e-mail to the same address and person who had sent the original e-mail asking if there was something else they required and that I was going to post something on line if I got no response again. It is now October 20th with no response and still no payment. Please be aware of this company if you want to pickup a little extra money for doing a little work. Four months is definitely not cool for the work that was done and this company definitely has communication problems when it comes to inquiry's about being paid for services that are performed according to the directions originally provided for the shop. There are reputable Mystery Shop services out there that pay pretty quickly, so if you don't want to get paid or if you feel like being ignored repeatedly and not get paid, avoid doing shops for this company!
