Through an advertisement I signed up for a free seven day trial for 3.88 cents. They say they are going to send a kit as well. Next thing you know I have a $72.00 charge out of no where. When I call customer service, they say they can only offer me a half refund and absolutely refuse to pass me on to a supervisor. I never received the kit and the website is hieroglyphic at best. This company hides thier terms and conditions well and make it nearly impossible to find it. In fact, I was charged before the kit even had a possiblity of arriving.
