Gordon Marketing aka Benefit Plans of America Family owned company treats their employees like trash, work them to death and pay them very little. Noblesville Indiana

I don't understand how this company is still in business.  They have no human resources department, they have not procedures and policies, there is no consistency in how they pay their employees.  It's all about who they like the best and who they don't.  They work their employees to death, while Sylvia Gordon is hardly ever in the office, but rather out meeting strange men in Forest Park for sex.  She is mentally unstable and on the verge of a breakdown.  The brother Frank is having affairs with employees right under his wife's nose, the dad d**k is racist and their all politically incorrect.  They humiliate their employees, tell them their fat or they need to dress differently yet Sylvia will show up at work looking like a homeless person with jammies and mismatched clothes, hats, wigs, whatever.  No employee is treated the same, some they give more money, some they give bonuses, some they let whatever they want to do, some they fire just because another doesn't like, they don't give performance appraisals, they don't give raises, some are salaried, some are hourly yet they can have the same position and do the same thing.  They have one employee named Kailyn Orr who is allowed to talk horribly to customers as well as co-workers, come and go as she pleases, comes in at 9, takes a break at 10, lunch at noon and is always over an hour, another break and out by 5 and she gets away with this because she's sleeping with the nephew of the owner who works there as well.  Such an unfair, horrible place to work.  Doesn't matter how hard you work or how well you do, it's all about how much they like you.  This place should be shut down.  It's a horrible place to work and yet everyone is afraid to say something, so they all just take their crap.
