Gordon Shipley - GoodNews Bible Church Preacher Slumlord. Topeka Kansas

Gordon Shipley is a Slum Lord. He happens to be a Preacher at Goodnews bible church in Topeka, Kansas. He rents out townhouses the church owns. He doesn't fix them up or anything. I have talked to the tenants there and they all said they have black mold growing in there basements. The basements have flooded, fixtures are broke, loud music late at night, and just found out that a young couple(Soldier getting ready to deploy) mini van window was just busted out($800.00). Mr. Shipley will not let them out of there lease. (Wait till the goverment heres about that). Another tenant has complained about just about needed stuff fixed. It takes Mr Shipley weeks to get to it. He likes to rent to women because he can run over them. The tenants of the townhouses that the GoodNews Bible Church owns that Mr.Shipley is the Slumlord over are trying to get a petition signed. They want Kansas to pass a slumlord Act. The people of his church are not very friendly. So we will be contacting The AG(assembly of God) of the Midwest to let them know there preacher is a slumlord, liar. The man threatens his tenants with be sued. Kind of funny since he has been sued so many times and has had the churches wages garnished for not paying bills.I do not think Christians are suppose to act like this! So, if there is anyone outthere in Kansas that can help these tenants, please email or respond. Its time Kansas Takes care of Lying, Slumlords. As told by real many Christians in Topeka, watch out for wolfs in sheeps clothing. He will answer to the Almighty Lord someday.
