I purchased plants from this company that were advertised on the internet. The plants arrived in poor shape. I planted the plants, and all died.

Per their guarantee, I emailed them to tell them I was returning one plant. I mailed the plant back to them. I have not heard from them again, or gotten a refund despite many phone calls and emails.
