Government Liquidation Missing Items, Refuse to send correct items, Poor Return Policy Scottsdale, Arizona

I have had trouble two times already with the Government Liquidation. The lots in the pictures are not the same lots that we received. In the pictures the ventilators look brand new and complete. Two different times the ventilators were missing valves and cracked.

I had to file the complaint form. At the end of it both times the claims were denied and I am stuck without the valves and with the cracked doors. They told me that it is the responsibility of who ever is picking up the items to check everything before it leaves the office but that's not even the point. They shouldn't have pictures of complete ventilators if they aren't complete.
