What this person says is accurate in that we are not a mortgage company. We are an information place with mortgage people standing by to help you attain your goals.

They are also correct that we ask the site user to get their own credit scores in an attempt to get the user their credit report. One of the shortfalls of lending today is that if you go to a bank for this service, you are not given your credit report, or your three scores, only one is provided. The banker then simply says they cannot help and gives you your score and says that is the reaon.

With a credit report in hand, and our specialists as support, within minutes the person how has been denied can know what they need to do to get approved. Similarly the person who is eligible can find that out in minutes, and can be introduced to a lender. You can't have too many of those guys helping you. The cost refered to is $1 and it gets the borrower the three scores, and a copy of their credit report.
