Grace Homes, LLC and its owner Brandt Bentley from Jefferson Georgia have collected insurance proceeds from hail storms victims with insurance claims in St Louis MO, Louisville KY and Nashville TN and then not completed many of the jobs and on some of the jobs have not done any of the work at all even though money was collected from the customers. They have failed to pay their supply bills with most if not all of their suppliers whom are now putting liens on homes because those bills have not been paid including one home that the roof had to be re-done and now that customer has two liens on their home. They have continually lied about when the work will be completed and when the work will be started. They have written numerous bad checks to suppliers and to the sub contractors providing the actual work and to the salespeople that worked for them several of which have not been paid at all per their agreement for jobs that they have completed and all money has been collected. The company and its owner are not providing the proper warranty work on homes even though some have major problems and leaks. Many customers have been deceived and their money has been taken and spent own something other than their home and are left without the work completed and with out their money from the insurance company for that work. All of the salespeople and several staff have had to leave because they were not paid for work provided and for many of the commissions the salespeople were due on the jobs they brought in for the company. Grace homes, LLC should be shut down and the owner held legally responsible for the lack of management, and financial stability to finish the jobs that they collected money for instead of spending that money on personal expenses and things other than the jobs the money was actually provided for.
