I was hired to sell roofs after a storm and promised big money. But after you sell the roofs, they forget about you. I sold half a dozen roofs an I ly got paid a draw which was around 150 per roof. The owner keeps his close friends rich while the rest of us don't get paid. The shingle suppliers cut him off cause he won't pay his bill and a installation crew walked away from one of my jobs cause they haven't been paid. He has a guy who gets paid 200 per roof as a production supervisor but never goes to the job. Two of mine had installer errors but I could never get anyone to fix the problems. Now everybody thinks I am the crook but it's the company.
