I was lucky because initially they had a bunch of sweet ladies in Branson which have since been let go for some unknown agency in Florida. The Vacation packages which, atleast these girls would make some attempt to help you with are no longer available; There used to be a list on their old website that you could choose from and the ladies(Pat Fender) would personally go out for me and make the handicapped arrangements for me and they did this three times. They did save me the cost of the annual dues for three years out of the five years that I have been involved.The handicapped condo is a completely separate issue.
For the last year, I have been trying to have them provide these condos which they promised to provide. It was not only Kevin that made that promise, but when they made their website change, they referred me to a gentleman which I believe was named David that stated that I could pick out any condo and because are all 10% handicapped accessible, that it would be no problem to make those for any of them. I have yet to have them make those arrangement.
I will be calling Branson and following up on this and I have a senator who is a former treacher of mine and I will be talking with him but I have a tendency to believe that after the promises and dividing the spoils up. It appears that they do not want to provide what they promised. I would welcome any input that others have and I will continue to try and persuade them to provide what I have purchased.
In basically a PS paragragh, they said that we could add all these relatives on to this contract and they would be able to take advantage of these benefits also. What they forgot to mention was that they each had to pay their 149.00 fee to do so. I am sure that was simply an oversight on their part? Or was it? Or was this whole presentation an oversight?? I would welcome any input from others on this and I will researching my options.
