Grand Voyager Travel, American Voyager Travel ripoff travel agent scam and tax fraud Dallas Texas

My wife and I got scammed by Grand Voyager Travel in Tampa. Like other Rip Off reports, the company misrepresented membership to enable travel agent benefits even though sold to be used for personal travel. A main selling feature was to write off the membership fee and all travel costs on your income tax. This is illegal unless you are a legitimate travel agent selling travel and earning commissions. I'd like to know if any other victims of this scam have filed a tax fraud report, 3949 A, with the IRS and what happened with it. Other deceptions included: 1.Free 4 day cruise any time within a year. Reality: $370 non-refundable required within 30 days, only 5 dates available 2 in September, 2 in October, 1 in December, requested date not guaranteed, and expensive upgrades offered. 2.Extensive travel services immediatly available via their web site. Reality: We still can't access the site 2 months after signing up. We have no intention of ever using any of this company's services. The best thing to do is to file a dispute with your credit card company (if paid by credit card).
