I requested an on line CD recommended by a local newspaper article. When you sign up for the delivery of the CD they automatically sign you up for a web site and give you 7 days to cancel. How ever the CD took 5 days to arrive. Mean time I received a phone call asking to further sign up even though you deny the service the original on line access allows them to charge for their on line access. After calling customer service the customer service agent Hank Caren got very annoyed and would not listen to the fact that they are scamming or making it very ambiguous about the charges. After speaking to the manager George he gave a credit and also informed of an additional charge that was being submitted to my card which he said would be credited back. Submitted claim with cc company against this company.
learned my lesson ! NEVER GIVE YOU CC NUMBER TO ANYONE ON LINE WITH OUT CHECKING WITH RIPOFF REPORT!
