I immediately called the 800 number, I was told that when I purchased the CD, that I was agreeing to have these monthly charges taken out of my checking account. When I disputed this fact and told the supervisor that I did not in any way shape or form authorize these charges, he would not let me finish my sentence, he kept talking over me repeating that I had used the web site and that I agreed to these charges. I insisted on a refund and told him to make no further withdraws,
He denied me the refund!!! First thing tomorrow morning I am changing my account numbers and reporting this to my bank. All I can say is GO KARMA!!!!!

You DID agree to those charges when you signed up for the trial. ALL of those trials state in their Terms & Conditions that you agree to either cancel your trial within X days or pay the monthly membership fees. Every trial like this that I have seen has a box you must check that states you have READ and AGREE to those terms.
You were NOT ripped off you just did not read what you were agreeing to. Next time PAY ATTENTION before giving out your credit card number and TAKE RESPONSIBILITY for YOUR actions if you do not.
