after a one time order,i cancelled my subscription,and even did so over the phone. only to find out one month later they took 49.50 out of my bank account. when i called their customer service they refused to refund the money claiming i did not cancell the order. the rep on the phone even got rude with me and said it was my fault. these people are crooks
