I was on a trusted site and saw this ad for grant research, I figured by it being in this site it must be reputable. It ask for 2 types of purchasing one was a PDF file $1.95 and the other was a CD for $2.00 or more. I chose the PDF, I downloaded it and was never able to access any of the sites it had.
Several days later I am looking at my bank account and see were YOURUSAGRANT was pending for a transaction out of my account on the 11th of Feb. I live on Disability, so I immediately called the number to talk to someone about it. I spoke with a man I have his name. And he told me I should have read the box to the left. I asked to speak to his supervisor he tells me, that if he gave the phone to the supervisor everyone that called he would be tied up, I said there must me a problem with others not just me. He then tells me he is out and will be back in 30 minutes to call back. I called back right away, I get another man, and I was not happy then either, I asked to speak to the supervisor and after a few words he knew I was not happy so the supervisor got on the phone right away. He said it would have to go through and would take a few days to reimburse it to my account. I got a email stating that my account with them was canceled on the 9th of Feb, GRG Customer Support Cancellation ID 189431.
I went to my bank and told them the situation, it would have put me in the negative so I had to borrow money from people to keep it from over drafting. She told me I would have to cancel my account and get a new one. If I did that before they reimbursed me I would not get the money back, so wait a few days because it was pending on the 11th of Feb after they took out I would have $.02. So I waited. Few days later my account showed that it must have been put back into my account. So I go to bank take out my money.
Then I look at my account on Feb 19th, again 2009 02/17/2009 YOURUSAGRANT 8772473935 Debit $68.13 OVERDRAFT CHARGE $36.00 02/17/2009 INTL TRANSACTION FEE 2% OF $68.13 Debit $1.36 Leaving my account-$95.94. I did not go to the bank fast enough, or cancel my account, and this again has left me with a hardship. I will be going in the morning to my bank and talk with the lady again about what to do, I can't borrow that kind of money nor will I have it till around the 3rd of March, so there will be reoccurring overdraft and late fees for the days I have not paid it. I am very distraught right now.
