The first paragraph of your disclosure reads as follows:

"By submitting this form I am ordering the Grant Resource Information and trial membership. After the seven day trial I will be charged sixty eight thirteen a month thereafter if I do not cancel. I also agree to the fourteen day trial to SBA Connection for thirteen forty two..."

Why on God's green earth would you SPELL out the dollar amount of the monthly subscriptions and not even use the word DOLLAR in the description. Why don't you simply write "$68.13" and "$13.42". I'll tell you why, regardless of what it says, you count on the fact that we are desperate people and have a lot of money problems, and as such may rush into ordering your FREE product for $2.95 and miss the fee disclosure. Furthermore if you dared to put the actual DOLLAR SIGNS $$$$$$$$$$ in the text of the disclosure, we would get wise to you and not place the order.

You say YOU MAKE EVERY ATTEMPT TO INFORM US OF THE RECURRING MONTHLY FEES. I say that by not using the dollar sign and not even using the word DOLLAR in your spelling of the fee, you make every attempt to hide the monthly fees. If you really want to make the intro CD free, why don't you just incorporate it into your website. We are already on the internet. Why bother with mailing a physical CD ROM, such an ACIENT practice. I'LL TELL YOU WHY, you wouldn't have a business whatsoever if a certain percentage of unalert people weren't falling for your trap. YOU ARE A SCAM AND SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF YOURSELF!!!!!!!!

I would first like to apologize to Elizabeth about the misunderstanding while placing an order for our materials. As I read through your concern I notice their may be a mix up. Our company only has three charges, 1.95 for Instant Access, 2.95 for Instant Access + CD and 49.50 Membership fee which is stated. The 39.95 and 4.87 that you say we charged you doesn't even exist within our company. You may want to go back through and see just who charged you for those, you may have signed up for a couple different companies not realizing it, however on our end you will be taken care of.

How we figure it is 1.95 instant access for 7 days is a great deal and plenty of time to insure that this is what your looking for, if you do not cancel with in the 7 days, no charges are issued.
