The charge for their service is $58.61 a month yet $59.02 was taken from my account just yesterday. When I contacted them they said that it was non-refundable. Nice, real nice.
So along with the original $1.97 I have lost $60.99 and got zip for it. What a ripoff! The excess charge though it may be small is a slap in the face of a working man trying to get ahead.
My advice to anyone who is applying for a grant using the Internet is simple. Read all the fine print! If it is too hard to read, GET OUT!
The traps are set and they are waiting for you. Don't be a victim of these faceless thieves.
