I cancelled my subscription a week (7 days from signing up) and they tell me that I did not cancel in time, that the day I signed up was one complete day and thus shorted me a day to cancel. When I called to ask , if I signed up today March 5, when can I cancel? I was told told March 12, which would be 7 days., the way I figured it would be. But for some reason, I signed up on Feb. 25 and cancelled March 4. Still 7 days, but for some reason, I was a day late and the charges will not be removed. The customer service rep was very rude and even hung up on me and told me I was wasting their time. Unbelievable.

I was very grieved to hear that a Customer Service representative would be unkind or unprofessional on a call.
I do not know if this is our exact program but if you feel that it is please feel free to contact me and I will see what can be done to resolve your concerns.
If this was our company, I offer an apology for the breakdown in service Lettie may have experienced. Unfortunately, I was unable to locate your account with the minimal amount of information provided in this report. If you come back to read this and want to discuss any possible accounts please contact the customer service department. There you will find happy, helpful agents that are waiting to assist you with your concerns. The phone number for Customer Service is 866-396-5718, they are available Monday-Friday 9 am - 9 pm Eastern Time.
If our support staff fails to offer the quality and professionalism that we expect them to provide then I would personally like to know about it so that I can resolve the issue so that it doesn't continue to happen. I also guarantee to personally see to it that anyone who has had a negative experience with our staff or company is satisfied.
