I have contacted iworks,attorney general of utah and consumer protection. Have not heard from iworks, ihave also contacted the credit card transactions co. about fraudulent dealings with these co., internet fraud centers,etc. to get this resolved. I could not find a contact for optimum media. here are the number I have which I have seen on this site
GSA 866-370-7270 ut GSA/SBA express 1-800-986-2640 for 3.95, and 29.95/mth (negative option) which means I did not confirm these transactions and network agenda 877-673-8173 for 7.95/mth for several mths.
I did try and purchase a cd more then 2 yrs ago. but never recieved, then I found out about the transactions and negative opitons, then did more research noticed that there is no contact email on these bogus websites (www.gsaassistant.com or www.grantwriterproffessional.com).
The FTC or someone by government needs to step in to dissolve these companies from stealing money from people. what i have found out also these websites and cds give out basic info that you can find on line anyway. So be careful what you get into to you may regret it.
