Grant Writer Pro/Raven Media I purchased the cd and I am unable to access free online chat or anything else the cd claims to have available Ripoff Las Vegas Nevada

I purchased the cd for $1.98 shipping and handling. I was able to see what grants are available but on printing out the information that was assigned to it, I havent been able to do anything else that the cd claims I can do. The is no 'chat' link for members; I cant get onto the members website at all and I still dont know what the next step is once I have written my business proposal. The cd was a waste of money to say the least.

Mary, please contact customer service at 866-370-7270 24 hours a day/7 days a week and one of our representatives will be happy to walk you through the process of logging on to the membership website and how to contact the live chat representatives.
If our support staff fails to offer the quality and professionalism that we expect them to provide then I would personally like to know about it so that I can resolve the issue in-house so that it doesn't continue to happen. I also guarantee to personally see to it that anyone who has had a negative experience with our staff or company is satisfied.
