I started orentation on november 14 2011 and it was only me and another gentleman after 2 days we were assigned our trucks. All of grays trucks are Ex Wal-Mart trucks. Well needless to say the truck i got just came out of the shop. The truck i got was a 2000 volvo now the Morning of the 17th i headed out with a load to Wi. i got there on time and delivered the load. ow i was dispacthed to the northwest part of wi. to pick up a john deere load load. Now i did my 10 hour break, Then i got on my way Truck started overheating, so i called the shop and the shop supervisor said turn the truck on and off 7 times to "reset" the computer. It did not work so going thru Green Bay the truck overheated again and slowed me down enough for me to get to shoulder of highway as soon as i stopped the truck died i restartd it and went on my way. 3 times between Green Bay and Columbia,wi the truck overheated. Finally i called the shop and he said he will send a volvo tech out, well apparently this guy thought a Mack-Freightliner tech was a volvo tech and he said ts overheating. Well the truck ran fine till i got to Dubuque, ia when it died again overheating. i called 2nd shift dispatch and they said bring it back to waterloo. Truck did not die between dubuque and waterloo. I turn onto Elk run road and about a quarter mile down the road the trucks engine quit and took my power steering away and i went into the ditch where my truck tipped on its side. I have a deputy sheriff and 3 other truckers who said my knuckles were as white as a ghost cause i was fighting steering wheel. I was takin to E.R. and was told just a sprained shoulder due to seatbelt. My mother called gray and told them and The owner Leroy told my mom that Darrin would be out. Guess What neevr showed up. The following 5 days i couldnt move my arm or use it. I posted on another website pics of the rash and what happened. Well Darrin took it upon himself to actually post and attempted to blackmail me. Then 2 days later he fired me but he fired me illegally because i was on workmans comp. and then on December 2nd i got rehired and then after the transmisson went out in a truck. i was fird the next day Leroy told me "I mtired of ur s*** get the f*** out and i think this was to fire me leagally. plain and simple gray has bad equip, bad shop just stay away.
