After buying Life Insurance with sickness coverage, I am denied payments following open heart surgery. This has been brought up to the attention of Nancy Acevedo Trinidad, but without positive results.

"Sickness coverage"?

Please explain what the meaning of "sickness coverage" is. Usual riders include a disability waiver that will pay your premium in the case you're disabled and a rider that will pay out your benefit in the case of a terminal illness (usually stipulated that you have 12 months or less to live). I've been in the industry for over 10 years and I've never heard of a LIFE policy that will pay anything if you get sick.
Please get out your policy that you signed the receipt for and type the definition of the rider as stated in your physical policy, don't just type what you were told or ewhat you "think" it meant.
