Great American Products Made an online purchase then it said it did not go through but it charged my credit card anyway. Website shows no purchase history and no confirmation# at time of purchase but has taken money Internet

I placed an order for thier Ultimate HGH product for $59.95+ $7.95 for shipping and handling. I pressed the place order button to process it through but it goes to an error screen and says "sorry, error order not processed" No confirmation# was given and no order info either. I checked my account info and it shows no orders placed however, I checked my GreenDot account online and it showed the charge went through for Great American Products. They take your money but don't even acknowlege that an order was placed. Do NOT buy from these criminals!

How much time has passed?

If this just happened in the last 24 hours more than likely what you see on your green dot card is just a 'pending' charge, and not a final authorization.  It could really be an internet glitch and the pending charge will disappear in a day or two.  Check it out with green dot -- is the charge only pending?  Can you wait 2-3 business days and see if it expires?
