Kent Ward was his name and he was slick, told me he had already seven people looking for a bike of my type and age. What did I have to lose I thought, full refund after 90 days. Checked out the web site and all looked good. Paid my monies, posted my four, yes four pictures for better selling apeal, updated all my particulars and waited for the emails or phone to ring, and waited, and waited, and waited.

So I waited my 90 days feeling that I probably had less then half a chance to get my refund so I phoned the office, yes I did get someone and she (lost the name) told me the day my ad was posted. I knew from the email I kept but I wanted confirmation from the company also. I got everything notarized and I mean everything, my ownership, my refund form as well.

Sent everything registered so I know they got the paperwork well within the 7 days. Waited two weeks and phoned again. Where is my money? I asked politely. Sorry sir but there is no one in the credit department at this moment but if it is about a refund they usually take 4 to 6 weeks. Funny I said, It took you less then two minutes to take my money but I will wait.

6 weeks later I call again and get an answering machine. For refunds send email with information but do not send more then one. So I send email. 12 weeks later. That is right no refund, no contact from them and the salesman? Same thing. Buyer beware but DO NOT USE THEM. PERIOD! I have contacted MarketPlace about them and am seeing my contact with the Canadian Federation of Indepentant Businesses next week to help get the word out about this company that sort of exsists.
