I called the company and told them I did not belong and they informed me I had belonged since 2010???? I was told to send a letter with a copy of my statement showing the two payments and they could do not more refunds for me. I did that. Today I looked at my account and found two (2) more debits.
Called the company and they insisted they were credits. Sures shows as deductions to me. I was also told I had another account. I received a letter a few days ago welcoming me to Great Fun. I had not, did not sign up for this. I have called again and was put on hold and finally a recording told me to leave my name and number and they will get back to me.
Do I need to contact an attorney?
