The deck shakes when you walk across it. All the top rail boards are warped. Deck boards are seperating at the joints. All deck boards not screwed down. The whole deck needs to be rebuilt.
The pergola was to have bamboo across the top but we got some kind of reed. They cut the facia board and broke it. They left a 2 foot section missing.
They gain your trust, begging for more money to make payroll and buy more supplies. I advanced them money for the pergola material and they came back with the materials and a new spray paint gun and a new nail gun. They don't show up on the job and have a hundred excuses from the truck broke down, trailer came off the truck going down the road, you name it. But they're really on another job.
The BBB gave them an "F" rating, so they changed their name and address. Still out their ripping people off. They've even figured out how to give themselves a 5 Star review online. All I want is for them to come back and fix, repair or replace everything.
