There was a class action lawsuit against Providian years ago, I'm sure the statue of limitations applies here. On my credit report it states Provdian was purchased by Washington Mutual, now by Great Seneca.
On the complaint they list my employer, I can't believe this. After all this time your going to ask for a default judgement. What's wrong with these attorneys. They think you will be a now show so they win by default, don't let them get away with anything.
