Green Coffee Program Misrepresented their product and purchase price Internet

My 89 year old father gives me lots of challenges and the most recent one is with Green Coffee Program

DO NOT purchase the Green Coffee Program.  They make it seem like you are getting their product and an additional product for $4.95.  If you do not read the fine print, you do not know that this is actually what they do to the consumer:

Details: This is not an automatic continuity program. By submitting your billing information and order, you are agreeing to the terms and conditions of this purchase. There is a one-time set-up fee of $4.95 or $1.95 that will be billed on the first day for setting up the installment plan. You will then be sent your first shipment of product and it should arrive within 2-3 business days. Product is shipped via USPS.You will be given access to the weight loss material as part of this purchase. You may cancel at any time to avoid any future billing or charges. [continued below]....

..... The first installment charge of $87.87 will be due and charged 7 days after the initial purchase. The second, third, and final installment charges of $87.87 will be charged 30 days after the first, second and third and you will be shipped additional product for each charge. After the fourth and final installment charge your order will be complete and there will be no further billing. You may get more time between your installment billings at any time by contacting support at 1-877-624-8710.

There is no money back guarantee and if you try and cancel, they will ask you to pay a $1.49 processing fee to cancel.  When I told them that this was shady and that I would be calling my credit card company and posting to the web, I was offered a 50% refund.

The product does not work and is not worth the money.  NEVER trust anyone without a money back guarantee.

 I agree with you, but my 89 year old father thought he was getting it for $4.95.  That charge NEVER appeared on his credit card - only the $87.67 charge did.  Plus, the time alloted to cancel is not enough - they get you no matter what.

I cannot speak to the product, be a no money back guaranteee and an immediate offer to refund 50% when I told them I would call my credit card company does not make me want to do business with them at all.

It's not hidden, in fine print or disguised...This really should have been read by ANYONE ordering from them. You posted it and implied it was in fine print.  I'll agree most of these companies hope people won't read the Terms and it protects them from lawsuits, but anytime a deal seems to good to be true, it almost certainly is.
