This company is a scam. They claim they are a law firm when they are not.Green Credit Solutions make people pay upfront when it is against the law.I hired them more than 6 months to modify my loan and they have only contacted my bank a few times. They are scam artists and I have reported them to the department of real estate, the Attorney General, the BBB and the FBI. Hope to get my money back and see them put behind bars!

Green Credit Solutions, Guardian Credit Services, Christopher (Chris) Fox, PacWest Funding and Curtis (Curt) Melone have a new game with a new name: International Work Flow.

They can be found at http://www.intlworkflow.com 866-755-6141. Those having trouble reaching Green Credit Solutions or Guardian Credit Services now have a new number to call if they still want a refund or update on their Debt or Loan Mod.

With terms on their site like Diversify you market and Apply to the Times you can be sure its the same guys. The site is owned by Nick Gal, longtime IT employee of Curt Melone.

Just to be sure I called the number and (low-and-behold) actually spoke to Chris Fox. Yup its them. Looks like another play on CRM software (lead management) and as suggested on their Contact Us page: Debt Mortgage BK Credit Repair.

So are we all ready to do business? Would you like some references?

This information is important to those who want to pursue collecting from these gentlemen.  Chris lives at 6 Via Corsica in Monarch Beach, CA, and Curt lives on Victoria Drive in Laguna Beach, CA.  Their personal cell phone numbers are available online at another site... just google them, and you will find.

I am satisfied and do not see the issue

I have found at this organization the most pleasant, informed, responsive, and professional people that I have known to represent an organization.  My experience is limited to phone and email contact, navigating a situation that is beyond nerve-wracking.  (Living with the negotiation a loan mod demands some intestinal fortitude, I have found). They have moved a sale date for me.  They request documents, I respond immediately, and the direct contact (read: aggression) from my mortgage company has ceased.  We have been working on this since November, but we are making progress.
 
I was never promised a quick fix.  I was not promised this would be easy, and was told that I was not personally represented by an attorney per se.  I have never had issue with the fact that this is a profit-bearing enterprise in a market where teetering mortgages are in large supply.  Further, I am not surprised that the bank lobby using the state agencies to their advantage.  How could a no-fee upfront model even work?  This is a business model that should be championed a free market self corrects.

Since LarryB posted his email here TWICE, I took him up on his offer.  He replied to my questions within hours (centered around the name change mostly).  It is easy to pull alarms at this site, but I am not seeing the need for the ad hominem and conjecture.  I would say if you really are so upset do the same.

Anonymous posting like this are commonplace in the loan modification business unfortunately. Any client of Green Credit who has a concern about their file, or a complaint about how they are being treated, can contact me directly at larryb@pwfinc.com.

Most of these so-called "rip-off" reports are not actual customers of ours. They are either competitors, former employees, or self-titled industry watchdogs trying to disrupt legitimate businesses. At Green Credit we take our business, our clients and our reputation very seriously.

I completely agree about Green Credit Solutions in Irvine, CA...complete SCAM! It has been nearly a year since I paid the upfront $3,495 fee-yep...$3,495!!! I have no results, and now can't even get a return call or email response. It just came to my attention that the DRE filed an order to desist and refrain. BEWARE!!! Hope no-one else is a sucker like me...

I am an executive with Green Credit, and I am again forced to write a rebuttle to an unsubstantiated attack on our company. First of all, Green Credit Solutions is not a law firm, nor has it ever represented itself as a law firm.

Green Credit Solutions contracts with attorneys where necessary to assist it in performed a wide variety of loss mitigation services for its clients. A client's fee is put into an attoney trust account, and Green Credit is paid as it performs its services. We don't "make" people do anything. There are any number of ways a person in financial difficulties can get help, and we even go so far as to let prospective clients know that they don't have to pay for loan modifications. We record this initial phone call so that there is no mis-understanding as to what we do, how we do it, and we make no guarantees as to the outcome or how long it will take.

Banks and lenders have hundreds of thousands of distressed mortgages to attempt to modify, and more coming in every day. The amount of processing, underwriting, fact-checking and analysis necessary to perform a loan modification is mind-numbing. It takes time...a LOT of time, and it costs money...a LOT of money, to do it correctly.

If this individual feels they are not getting the level of service they deserve, especially if they live in SoCal, they are more than welcome to come to our offices in person. They will get the help they need. My sense is that this post is not real, but coming from one of a few people out there that think its their mission in life to be "deputized" as a LOAN MODIFICATION WATCHDOG...
