I am seeking advice from anyone who can help me. I am frustrated and after reading all of the posts on their facebook page from other consumers, I am curious why they are still in business. I ask people who work at the retail stores that sell this card, and every single one of them had a negative thing to say about them!! I want legal action and do not know where to start except news media and small claims court. How funny that a "BIG" corporation like this will not allow you to load more than $500 at a time, because they do not want to be taken to civil court, they would rather keep it in small claims where they think they have a better chance of winning. If everyone comes together, we can start a class act law suit and show them we are done being taken advantage of.
