Green Dot Money Pak Money Pak Money Pak issues bogus cards with marked out numbers and pretend that they are interested in who is committing the crime , Internet

I purchased a Money Pak card from Walgreens located at 2670 Cobb Parkway SE, Smyrna, GA  30080.  The card has to be scratched off to reveal the number to call your credit card company to add it.  When I scratched the card, the second 4-digits were marked out (with a marker).  This was done professionally and GreenDot/MoneyPak is the only one who can do this.  You cannot see the mark out of the numbers until you purchase the card and scratch off the numbers.  If GreenDot/MpneyPak had a problem with the cards being tampered, they would protect their cards, because it is their money.  Furthermore, GreenDot/MoneyPak should protect their cards so no one would be able to scratch out the numbers.  They cannot do this because it is indeed a fraudulent activity committed by them so they can keep buyers' money. Then, when you call to report it, they want your name and the last four digits of your social.  For what?  This company has your money, which in my case was $500.00, and you want my name and the last four digits of my social security number.  Furthermore, they have printed on the back of the card that "No refudns allowed at stores."  Wow!  If enough people complain about them, a class action lawsuit will be filed.
