March of this year I noticed some unautorized charges to my account. Three charges to be exact. I called walmart 18779374098. The charges amount were 413 34 and 11 dollars. I spoke to about 20 people before even getting a fp number. One of the customer service reps laighed at me. Some kept hanging up on me.
They told me to fax in a dispute letter and being new to the area i couldnt find a place that fax in such a town. Then being left with the option I mailed the letter. The letter didnt make it in ten days so the tell me I cant get a credit until up to 45 days with no recent updates after having dispute letter for about 10-15 business days.
they are supposed to be fdic member. It should be about 2-3 days to replace fund most take no longer than a week with the most taking up to 20 days. This put a strain on me I have been out of over 460 dollars. I have children. I have bills and other things i have to take care of. I also had a trip planned with my friends for my birthday. Im very upset at this moment. Everyone I talked to that ever went through this never had to wait so long. I, really upset with this company. Net spend users have recieved money from unautorized transactions in 2-3 days. Chase customers have recieved satifactory results as well I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND WALMART MONEYCARD. I almost want to sue for emotional distress as well. I never placed an oder nor recieved products for what they charged me for. They couldnt even doo anything until it was had posted so i had to wait to theyy charged my account then dispute it which made the process even longer. I wish there was something I could do to speed the process up.
